We’re happy and proud to share that Compassionate Kenilworth — a local charity our students volunteer with — has been awarded The King’s Award for Voluntary Service, the highest honour given to volunteer groups in the UK.

Over the last 4 years our sixth form student volunteers have played a part in this achievement. Whether helping older residents upskill at Compassionate Kenilworth's Tech Café, or helping young children with arts & crafts during summer, our students bring warmth, confidence and enthusiasm that make a real difference when supporting community activities.

What’s especially lovely is how much both generations gain — our students learn from the life experiences of older residents, and those attending the cafés enjoy the skills, patience, energy and kindness the students bring.

We’re proud of every student who has given their time to support this fantastic community initiative. You represent our school brilliantly — and your contribution has helped Compassionate Kenilworth earn national recognition.
