Two notable advantages include the absence of any incurred cost to me personally, and the availability of one full day per week dedicated solely to my studies. The structure allows me to promptly apply what I learn, as I can delve into a task on my study day and then implement it within the KMAT environment the following day. This not only enhances my skills but also contributes to the broader team by enabling me to take on additional responsibilities, thereby freeing up my colleagues to focus on other priorities.
